| Re: All Avalanche Backpacks. Empty Fire. Do
not, under any circumstances fire a pack with no
canister, or a used canister installed. This situation
could result in damaging the puncture firing pin and
could cause your pack to misfire in the future. If you
feel you may have accidentally fired your pack with no
canister or a used canister installed, please contact
RMX at once. |

| Re: Free Ride
Lite Packs. Side velcro separates.
Please ensure that as much air as possible has been
released from each airbag prior to repacking the
backpack airbags. Also ensure that the airbags are
folded correctly, with each fold being no more than
three inches in width. This will help ensure that the
velcro will not separate unduly. Always ensure that the
velcro is secure by running your thumb up and down each
side prior to each time you use the pack. |

Re: Free Ride
Lite, Escape 15, 30 & 50 Packs. Waterproof Zippers
split. Please ensure that
you do not over-pack the compartments with waterproof
zippers. The pack zippers have been designed to be
water-proof. As such, they are not as strong as a
standard zipper. Therefore, do not place undue stress on
these zippers by over-filling the pack pockets. Click

question.

| Re: Heli-skiing
and Cat-Skiing Company Acceptance.
RMX encourages you to check with your Cat or Heli Ski
company's policies regarding the transportation of the
AA nitrogen canisters. While many companies have no
issues with the Avalanche Airbag technology, RMX has
heard that some of the companies do. We recommend you
check in advance of your trip. |
